Levante Yacht informs website users about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data that may be collected through browsing or contracting services on its website. In this regard, Levante Yacht guarantees compliance with the current regulations on personal data protection, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the Development Regulation of the LOPD.

Levante Yacht has the obligation to inform website users about the collection of personal data that may occur, either through email or by filling out forms on the website. In this regard, Levante Yacht will be considered responsible for the data collected through the aforementioned means.
Levante Yacht also informs users that the purpose of the data collection includes responding to user requests, adding to the contact database, providing services, managing commercial relationships, and other related purposes.

As long as the user’s data is being processed by Levante Yacht, users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, in accordance with the current legal regulations on personal data protection.
To exercise these rights, users must send a written communication, along with documentation verifying their identity (ID card or passport), to the following address: Levante Yacht, Calle Salamanca, 16, La Pobla de Valbona, 46185, or to the address registered as updated in the General Data Protection Registry. This communication must include the following information: User’s full name, the specific request, address, and supporting documents.
The exercise of these rights must be performed by the user. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the user. In this case, documentation proving this representation must also be provided.
