GARDIENNAGE
At Levante Yacht the gardiennage that we offer is a bespoke service completely determined by the needs of the individual client and their expectations.
The safety and security of the yacht is most important and all our gardiennage plans include checking the vessel at least twice weekly. Above that the yacht owner can select from the range of options available and the frequency with which they are performed.
The gardiennage agreement is flexible so that if the boat is to be used, or shown, as in the case of brokerage vessels, then particular tasks can be performed on request for those occasions.
We can also organize any maintenance work necessary whether it be installation of new equipment, revision of safety equipment, or haul-out for repairs or anti-fouling.
As indicated, the basic gardinneage involves the following checks at least twice weekly:
- Mooring lines, fenders, neighbouring vessels
- Bilges and bilge pumps
- Shore power connection and battery charger
And storm watch which involves checking the vessel whenever weather dictates.
Above that a combination of the following can be included as required:
- Wash down
- Interior
- Running of systems
- maintenance
